How do I move more?
I have a lot of weight to lose, 120 pounds. I think I'm starting to get in the right mindset for it, which is honestly crazy because I have been struggling with this my whole life. I have learned that my biggest challenges are my depression and ADHD. I crave certain things at certain times and I can't get it out of my head, I eat out too much because of these horrible fast food cravings. I recently decided to try cutting out meat except turkey, as veggie meat options are quicker for me to eat at home and I don't have to worry about so much clean up and I like the taste. It also helps me to not go get a burger or chicken strips or something like that. This really seems to be helping me eat at home more. My biggest thing now is that I don't move my body enough. What would be some good ways to trick my brain into working out or even just getting up and moving more? I am lazy, once I sit down I struggle so much with wanting to get up again, how do I build discipline in my life? I need to know where I should start that isn't going to completely overwhelm me. I would love some advice from fellow ADHD peeps.
