Reporting my Landlord for Possible Tax Evasion

We've been renting for 5 years already and our landlord wanted to evict us since they want their relative to move in to our place. We don't have any delayed payments or anything and they are only giving us acknowledgement receipts for all the payments we made.

Is it valid to report them for tax evasion since they never provided us any OR and we paying through their entity (Corporation) since they handle multiple properties.
