Scared of intruders HELP

So months ago I had a fear of intruders im talking like I couldn’t sleep all night if I heard anything or if the curtain was slightly moved to the side or if the blinds were slightly open. Anyway so I got over that (I thought ) by thinking no one would break in the suburbs and like the houses are side by side whatever my freaking neighbor two houses down gets broken into at night and there’s 5 cop cars all over my street and they haven’t even caught the guy. What the hell am I supposed to do to calm myself down now?
