Need help with booking forest permits for Skandagiri hills

Hi guys, I'm trying to book the forest permits for Skandagiri hills but I'm unable to do it. I tried the aranyavihaara.karnataka.gov.in but it won't open. Please let me know if there are any other options because I saw a post on BookMyShow but it did not include the permits.
