My period is late?

I have a very regular period cycle usually around 28~ days but it’s late and should’ve started 5 days ago. I have been having heavy, white, sticky, odorless vaginal discharge for around three days now

I did not have penetrative sex. I made out with my boyfriend and our parts did touch for a few minutes without any barrier. There was no precum, we dry humped naked.

If you cant tell, he is my first ever sexual partner as I am to him. I know some basic sex ed like no penetration, use a condom and all but still im so scared about all this. My best friend is buying my test packs right now just because I’m so scared. Any advice? Tips? Consolation?

I live in Southeast Asia where premarital sex is very frowned upon and safe healthcare without judgement for this (abortion, plan b, etc) is not available widely.
