How OP would Sicilians be?

Seeing as Sicilians got marginal buff with new farm mechanics.

If Tupi team bonus would extend to Donjons as well. Would +10 pop Donjons be way too oppressing early game with tight builds?

Never rly felt comfortable playing Sicilians myself as im more of a boomy type player and Sicilians are rather early game civ.
