Auto Rejections (rant)

I know everyone is sick of this but I just need to vent somewhere.

Submitted an application that I spent at least an hour on. Tailored resume and everything just for it to be auto rejected the second I hit submit.

The job didn’t even say they use AI to screen applications which I thought was a requirement now?

And before you say “knock out questions”, there were only two questions on the post. My responses to both of them would not have gotten me rejected.

I’m just very disappointed and exhausted.
