Shipment Forwarding

So I have some store credit to Kimber that I can’t use since they disabled shipping to CA due to new regulations. I was wondering if y’all know, can I ship these to a friend in another state and they ship it to me, if it’d be legal? They are 10 round magazines or less in question.

Also if you guys know of anyone/ sites that offer a service like this as well?
