Why I stopped chasing 'viral' and started serving 100 people really well
Early on, I thought growth meant getting featured somewhere big. I spent weeks crafting a 'launch' for Reoogle. It got a few signups that churned quickly. The turning point was when I focused on just 100 people. I found them in niche forums and small subreddits, people genuinely struggling with Reddit distribution. I offered them hands-on help and access to the tool at https://reoogle.com. Their feedback was brutal and specific. I implemented it. They stayed. They referred others. My MRR grew steadily from that core. Chasing a vague audience of thousands was a distraction. Serving a specific hundred was the business.
