Looking for feedback on balancing organic content vs. paid experiments for a niche tool?
I run Reoogle, a tool for Reddit research. My growth has been purely organic so far: content, community engagement, and SEO. It's steady but slow. I'm considering dipping a toe into paid channels—maybe targeted Reddit ads or Google Ads for very specific keywords. But my fear is that the CAC will be too high for a niche SaaS, and I'll waste budget that could be used for product improvements. The tool is at https://reoogle.com. For those who've grown a niche business, what's your feedback on the tipping point for introducing paid acquisition? Did you regret starting too early, or wish you'd started sooner?
