Why are Netflix K-dramas so bad?

I’m trying to get back into watching asian dramas and I realized that I don’t like any of the K-dramas that are out rn.

Don’t get me wrong, they have produced some of the most iconic series of all time. (like Squid Game and Crash Landing On You)

But as a whole industry, they’ve prioritize quantity over quality. I used to watch K-dramas a lot, but I realized I stopped watching them at some point years ago when netflix started producing the majority of the most hyped up shows.

Are there any good shows not made by netflix recently?

If so, please help a girlie out and recommend some. 🙏
