Sharing fun song recommendations?
It's been a while since I've found any songs I'd like. Since I've entered the modding territory, my standards have gotten to the point that most of the downloadable songs are not appealing to me, so by now it's quite a chore going through lots of songs and barely downloading one.
What I like the most are fun and unique note patterns that are fun to slash and force you to pose and dance to the song just by playing the level correctly. Some of my favorite examples like that are Firebird, or Rap God. I don't like poodles.
I also like creative noodle usage, that can mess with you but still not too cruel so that you actually can still naturally slash correctly (like not moving a note away tenth of a second before you slash it), some of my fav examples of these:
And I also like that the environmental visuals get creative, obviously the best examples of these are all the Extra Sensory maps (especially the recent Vivify one), or that insane SUPER DUPER HYPER ULTIMATE YESTERYEAR RECOLLECTIVE "RE:IGNiTE" MEGAMIX 2023.
I mostly upload only the maps that I found either the most fun, the most beautiful, or otherwise worthy of sharing. At least 90% of the maps on the channel are the ones I really like to play. So it can be a good reference for more examples, and of course it also can act as my own recommendations that I already like.
So, any recommendation of some great maps that I might like, or some tips I could use to find maps like that?
(I am usually good with around 6 notes per second, like Expert+ of most classic BS songs that aren't Camellia)
