Have had enough of these ITR Babus

I am the one of the luckiest one to still haven’t got my refund.

Filed in September. Got a nudge and did not revise.

Amount is more than 1 lakh. And it’s not about money. It’s about how we are being treated.

Tbh we are carrying the nation on our shoulders. I don’t even push a lot when filing for returns. I never bother to mention my donations and many other such things. My filings are mostly just my home loan and other basic things.

I have filled quite a few grievances now where I got that automated reply. I want my answers from these babus now. I dont even see any significant efforts in daily numbers. I want to explore legal options even if the fight costs way more than what they owe me. Question is about respect now. Any lawyers and CAs on the sub who can please advice me about my options and how to proceed.
