My Misleading Experience with Kavan Yapi

Kavan Yapi provided extremely poor service, misrepresented taxes and property conditions, and promoted properties ineligible for foreign title deeds. Farnaz, unlicensed in North Cyprus, prioritized high commissions over clients’ interests. The company failed to sell our Istanbul property as promised and refused to refund our deposit without legal action.
