Is there any way at all to restore nerves/feeling in the clit?

A very embarrassing post for me to make and my first here but 😭 oh well.

Anyways about 4 years ago I suffered a spinal injury that affected all of the nerves in my pelvic area including my clit, so I can't feel anything. Is there any way to get feeling back or restore the nerves? I need to talk to my doctor about it, yes, but it's really embarrassing to ask about it for reasons I still don't know lol. Any tips or advice or input is appreciated!!
