All hennan hotels in boracay are non refundable rates

Trying to book in the 3rd week of November for 5 nights, have 2 questions :

1. All rates seem to be non refundable . Is there a way in which we can get refundable rates since it’s way in the future

2. We have 1 toddler and 1 kid. What would be the best room configuration for us ?

Would love to get recommendations or advice regarding this trip . Want to stay close to the action and with a good ocean view from the room . Would love alternative options too.
