Am I delusional? F18 M18

So, me and this dude were talking for about 4 months, we hung out multiple times, yet we started arguing a bunch, so then he ended things.

I have been hurt over it, and I decided to add him off a fake account (he accepted in 10 minutes)

seeing how he felt about me and he said that me and him were not serious whatsoever, and then I added him off my main account and he has yet to add me back hours later, and I don't know what to do. I've been consistently adding him off my main accounts, yet hes not budging, he made it aware I was his first black girl, so I'm thinking maybe he just realized that I wasn't his type. My friends have gotten sick of me talking about the situation, and have started to call me delusional.
