Bone pain needing a cane?

Does anyone have sever bone pain to the point of needing a mobility aid? My body hurts so bad. All the time. I now need a cane to ambulate whenever im out n about. I now struggle to get up and down stairs which sucks. I’ve become slower and my back, hips, knees and legs hurt n fatigue much faster than they ever have. I have RA but it doesn’t explain the constant bone pain. My hips and lower back is always ON FIRE whenever im standing for too long. I’m undiagnosed and my doc keeps dismissing me. Anyone else feels this crushing bone pain?
