Suggestion of Premium Processing for EB2-NIW. J1 Waiver Physician

Hi, I'm a physician with a J1 waiver currently on H1B.

Offered for a full refund by Chen Associates for filing I-140 without any letters.

Planning to apply for a competitive fellowship later, hence the rush for GC. I will still need to complete the 3-year J1 waiver.

My attorney is confident that, even with Premium Processing, my chances of approval are excellent.

Is there any point in submitting an I-140 with premium processing, given that I will still need to wait for 3 years?
