Where to find newbie friendly teammates?

Hey, I bought this game around 2.5weeks ago, Total around 2-2.5 hours played, Extremely dissapointed in the “fill” option.. everyone seems to wander to do their own thing and i can’t get a grip of the game at all which has left it pretty much untouched for me. Where could i find new player friendly teammates not focused so much on pvp?

I’m EU & Playstation. // If i could find teammates this way only request would be 20+ in age and tolerate of total newbie questions.
