[Update #3] PerkSnob

Hi all, this is the second-to-last update for PerkSnob! We achieved 200 account creations and 250+ contributions in just 2 weeks!

A quick overview for newcomers tuning in: I built a free & public platform for Marriott Elite members to see what Elite perks & benefits hotels actually provide them. It is entirely crowdsourced by real Marriott guests reporting what they received.

For example:

— Breakfast, lounge access, room upgrades, late checkout, welcome gifts, spa benefits, parking, F&B credits, and housekeeping. These are further broken down with detailed sub-fields (e.g. breakfast: complimentary vs. voucher, buffet vs. à la carte, etc).

— Direct email addresses to each hotel property.

Bathroom door type tracking — solid, frosted glass, open concept, etc. (one of the most popular requests from the community).

— Nearby hotels shown on each property page so you can compare options in the same area

— Perk search that allows you to filters across all hotels by tier and category (e.g. "show me all Ambassador breakfast perks").

— Community features: Reddit-style upvote/downvote on perk reports, user profiles with badges, guest tips section on each hotel, and content flagging for quality control.

— Close to 9,000 Marriott properties in the database across 27+ brands and 100+ countries

Since the last update, the following updates were made:

— Added Gold Elite and Silver Elite tiers.

— A couple of more perk categories based on your feedback from the last post: WiFi & Internet quality, Shower & Water Pressure, Room Security (deadbolts, safes, etc.), Pool & Fitness, Staff & Service Quality (do they actually honor your status?), and Restaurant & Bar Hours (are posted hours accurate?)

— Your elite tier is now part of the signup process so when you visit a hotel page, your tier's perks are shown first and highlighted so you can quickly see what perks you can expect based on your actual elite level.

On my to-do list for the next update:

— Add the remaining 1,000 hotel properties so we have 100% of all hotels

My question to everyone: what else can make this better for the last update?

Feel free to think creatively and outside the box too.

Finally, if you've stayed at a Marriott hotel in the past year, please contribute to the platform by submitting any/all perks & benefits you remember from that hotel. There are ~9,000 properties on the database, so the sooner we're able to populate each one with at least a couple of perks, the more immediately valuable the platform becomes. (If progress is slow, the platform won't be valuable, so it'll become irrelevant and dissolve / shut down. Pretty much the first 0-3 months is all that matters to gain enough momentum to keep this project up & running).
