Clinton's answering to congress

Bill is in the files countless times. Hes photographed just the same. Hiliary must of been very aware of the relationship with Epstein.

They refused to testify and then decided to cooperate.

Knowing what they know about how gov process works, they would be in no rush to appear before congress. This provides ample time to collect contributuons from others in these files to remain silent.

The media has played their willingness to testify as the Clintons may very well have the intentions of spilling the beans on all invovled.

With as much time they have had, is it not logical to assume they are using this time as means to blackmail those listed in the files with the possibility that they might share truths without directly making a threat of blackmail?

Just the idea that they are suddenly willing to speak, and the pretense being reported they are going to spill all the actual truth out, wouldnt that give guilty parties anxiety? Maybe to the extent of paying threw the nose to ensure the Clintons say nothing, possibly doen play the rumors?

I do believe they saw a way to get paid without making any direct demands by outright blackmail. Is there anyway to know if their bank accounts are growing suddenly? I bet that their testimony denies wrong doings left and right. I dont think they will be throwing anyone under a bus, as long as there was compensations sent to them.
