Insta perm banned question

Okay so , I’ve been selling 🌳 through IG for a long time only to my close friends and added only people I trust. Anyways I always did the same for YEARSS same kinds of post same words. Nothing new. I never really posted anything on my main for people or enemies could see and on top of that I was private. I already tried to appeal but tha instantly backfired since now I’m perm banned. This happened Jan 27th 2026, I’ve opened about 10 tickets through meta Facebook after doing the free trail. Am I really screwed here? Idk why I used my main to do that…. Thankfully other instagrams account I used as “an album” I guess you could say and a bunisensss account I created for my mom since she knows nothing about Instagram I also run it through my phone , are still logged in and working fine . What I did was only on my close friends and I did it for years. Could anyone know what triggers this or was I caught lacking . Could I file a small court claim or would it backfire on me ? I could say it was all ai? Or was hacked ? Idk. But it was for integrity and not “sale of regulated good” which maybe integrity falls under that but yeah. Not cse like everyone else . Just being honest and transparent. Kindof weird that people on cse on here asking to get their accounts back . I want to say mines was rightfully taken but I do truly wanna get it back even tho I know I screwed up . But it just makes me think about how these cse accusation could be true to those getting accused. And I know there’s some people being wrong fully removed doesn’t apply just saying . Any help would be appreciated it was doing that for 4 years and yeah main source from the app just lmk.
