Second bike query

I am 18 y/o with height 6'0 and weighing 85 kg. I currently own Apache rtr 160 and it's all fine but the validity of its RC is going to expire so I have to upgrade and I know it's a senseless comparison but I need help choosing between NS400Z and Xpulse210. The reason I can't decide is because I do not know if I can manage the fuel economy of ns400z because the reported mileage is around 21-22 and I am a calm rider and I know I can get more mileage but I don't know even if I get 25 kmpl. Whereas xpulse offers good fuel economy as well as highway fun and the reason I am not really liking xpulse is because of its power because it will be used in highways and idk if cruising in 80-100 kmph would be good for it for long time as it's rpm would be like more than 5-6k and it will harm the engine. My use will be mostly college and home and long tours like 160-200 km on weekends.
