YN 1562 - White SUV

To the driver of the White SUV (Nissan?) at 3:30pm, Monday, February 23, 2026.

• DO NOT STOP IN A ROUNDABOUT to let traffic enter. You are disrupting the flow of roundabout traffic.
• STOP PLAYING ON YOUR PHONE while TRYING to drive.
• While playing on your phone in “the fast lane” you were pacing the truck in the right lane / slow lane. This was all the way from the Blaz base to the GRMC hospital. Again, disrupting the flow of traffic.
• While playing on your phone you drifted into the center yellow turn lane and almost hit a car trying to merge into the flow of traffic.
