Graphic designer (31) thinking of switching careers into art education? Has anyone in this group done this?

I’m graphic designer in small company and I’ve been in trying to plan out my future career. I’ll be tiring 31 in March and the threat of AI has me wondering if the grind to improve my portfolio and trying I’ve already been asking some of my friends who are teachers about the possibility and looking into teacher training. to finds next level graphics design job is worth it?
