Stabbing throbbing neck pain

Every time I take vyvanse my neck goes completely stiff and I get stabbing base of neck pain. It started subtly when I first got prescribed and slowly got worse and worse over the year I was on it. When I stop taking it goes away mostly and neither does it do it while on adderall. Today I was stupid took 1/4th of one of my old generic vyvanse when I ran out of my adderall. And boom it happened to me again like clock work. Stiff neck and stabbing throbbing right base of neck pain within 20 minutes after taking it. Am I just allergic to vyvanse or something? it’s so strange…
