Fragrancenet sent busted bottles?

So I have been looking for some perfumes for a while and I came across the subreddit and I was like oh okay people talk pretty okayish about this company,

And I ordered it probably end of January,

Firstly, they shipped with Amazon which okay fine whatever, but it was over a week late they ignored my emails about me being like hey where's my shit- then randomly just yesterday It got delivered and I had to sign for it which again okay-Glad to have like a securance to make sure things don't get stolen honestly

My true religion bottle was it looked like someone ran it over? The package itself was fine it was a little scuffed up but the package was not nearly as smashed as this bottle. Like it had like a plastic wrapping around it and then when I opened it it was like dripping inside like the cardboard had absorbed everything And it smelled so strong. I sent them an email and I was like hey??? And they sent auto emails being like yeah we'll get back to you about this. Do I have to keep a bunch of glass to mail back to them like???

(I'm sorry I sound like an idiot I don't typically buy like really expensive perfumes and colognes This was supposed to be like my first time buying things that are not bath & body works)
