Hire AI to answer my shop phone? 😢

At my watch repair shop, I'm a one-man operation. I receive phone calls from customers. I don't mind if I'm not busy working on a customer's watch, but on the phone, they want me to visualize a repair over the phone. I tell them to come in so I can look at it, or if I change watch batteries, I don't know why I get dumb questions. I'm obviously a watch repair shop; some guy called asking if I sold watch repair kits. I sarcastically said, 'Oh, no.' He said, 'Why do you say it like that?' I said, 'It's like calling a mechanic shop and asking if they can sell you a cherry picker.' That's when he hung up on me.
