With my situation, is there any way I can get justice?

I have an ex boyfriend who sexually coerced me repeatedly over the course of months and:

- I can produce text messages of us arguing about me not wanting to have sex over and over but I don’t know what that will do

- I have my parents and siblings and some friends who witnessed these things, including him emotionally blackmailing me

This boyfriend also had sex with me while I was blacked out due to taking 1 mg of his Klonopin, which I begged for after having an intense argument about not wanting to have sex (as usual)

- I have texts where he says the dosage and name of the meds and confirms I took them that night

Is there anything I can do with that legally or what are some other ways I could get justice? I don’t want him to hurt anyone else.
