Cross-progression question

Hi everyone. I have a bit of a tough question to Google so I figured I would post it in here and see if anybody knows what I’m trying to ask. Quite a while ago I purchased this game and the first two DLC‘s on my PS5. I played for probably 25 hours and then I stopped for quite some time. Recently, I’ve purchased it on Steam and have put in another 10 to 13 hours. At this time, I had no idea that there was cross progression available. I would love to be able to use my PlayStation progress on PC. I don’t wanna lose anything.

I’ve already purchased the two DLC‘s that I own on PlayStation on Steam. I know most games don’t let you transfer paid currencies between platforms, but I purchased the cherry blossom decorations for the castle, etc. on steam and I really want to keep that!. I noticed that it says the local save is lost forever if you do the cloud save, so does that mean none of my stuff from my PC will transfer at all? Do I lose everything from my PC save once I sign in with the PlayStation cloud save? I have the premium currency from purchasing the other two DLC’s on Steam, but is that also lost? If I do the cloud save from PlayStation will the currency stay separate but I keep my currency on Steam and those shop purchases will show up between platforms?
