I have plateaued in my ski career. Steps to overcome this and the mental block of pushing further?
I feel like I’ve plateaued in my skiing career and want to continue to improve and am looking for anything to guide me.
My home mountain is Snowbird and I can ski nearly any terrain that does not require a (big) mandatory air and am able to rip down just about anything. Logically it seems like my next steps are getting into bigger air, bigger cliffs and focusing on just generally skiing harder and with more finesse. I know that I have the skill set for this and can do it but the thing holding me back is the mental game and I’m not sure how to overcome it.
