Can’t move fingers properly, after getting glass shard in it

Hi! I know this probably isn’t a big deal but i get stressed over things easily. Earlier today i got a small bit of glass into that little flappy area between your fingers, and i got it out quickly.

But in the last few hours it’s started ti hurt more, and im losing a bit of mobility in the two fingers next to the spot. Where it went in is also a bit purple, im not sure if this is normal or if it’s something to be worried about.
