Make a ust on time with the instrumental

A lot of times when i try to cover a song using a ust on utau the vocals never seem to be on timed. It can either be to late or to early from the instrumental. And i really dont feel like cutting the voices and then rearranging them to fit the instrumental. So is there anyway I can fix the ust or anything to make the vocals match with the instrumental?
