NSFWCONTENT WARNING: SUICIDE/SELF HARM

I've been a mom for the past 15 years, and for the last 10 of those years, I've been living in an abusive marriage. I've hidden the truth from my friends and family, making up excuses for my injuries and putting on a brave face for my kids. A few months ago, I finally found the courage to leave him. It was the hardest decision I've ever had to make, but I knew I had to do it for my own safety and for the sake of my children. I packed up our things in the middle of the n and left, with no plan and no place to go. I'm now living in a small apartment, trying to make ends meet as a single mom. I'm struggling to pay the bills and put food on the table, and I'm overwhelmed by the responsibilities of being a single parent. I feel like I'm drowning, and I don't know how much longer I can keep this up. I'm reaching out to this community for support and advice. How do I keep going when it feels like everything is stacked against me? How do I be a good mom when I'm barely keeping it together? Any words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
