[TOMT] Movie or show from the late 90’s about gods

I’m 30 years old, between the ages of about 4 to 6, I distinctly remember watching an animated tv show or a movie that had Kiss From a Rose playing during a scene of (maybe) “gods” or divine beings in a river. Maybe bathing? The art style wasn’t anything like a typical kid’s cartoon or animated movie or show, it was very artsy and sort of ethereal and unlike typical Disney animation styles. It also may have been a trailer of a movie or a show that was featured on a VHS, I can’t quite remember anything else from it except this one specific scene. Whatever it was had to have been made no later than 2000/2001. My best guess is the late 90’s. I am almost positive that Kiss From a Rose by Seal played during the scene, I could be wrong but I KNOW I watched something like this as a kid many times. This has been driving me nuts for years. I’ve searched for any and all media featuring that song as well as googling countless descriptions of the scene and haven’t found anything like what I remember.
