New job offer the same week I test positive

I have a new job offer. The gist is it'd be about double the pay, two hours of commuting each day, flexible schedule (salary), and 13 paid weeks maternity leave.

My current job I'm out of the house 7:30am-6:30 pm 3 days a week, and remote two days a week. Ten minute commute. No paid leave, I'd use FMLA and fund it with saved pto for about 7.5 weeks, and short term disability for the rest of leave.

I have no idea what to do. How does anyone handle childcare after going back to work?? I'm so so much more interested and excited by the work of the new job, but I'm afraid I'm just being stupid where my current job has more flexibility. Obviously the money would be amazing but we don't strictly speaking need it. I have so much pride and independence in working and on what this new job would mean, I feel like I can't make a decision now that I know a baby is incoming (🤞🏻).

Any thoughts, advice, tips?
