Yellow slip for social media J1 visa?

I have just finished the Visa interview in Abu Dhabi for J1 visa for alien physician ( residency ).

Officer seemed enthusiastic and congratulated me for getting approved. He asked me more questions about the position. In the end he took my passport, and handed me yellow slip. He said your visa is subject to social media checks and asked if I had them set to public to which I said yes.

Is this normal? Is this likely rejection since he didn’t approve it. Can someone help regarding this
