TPU liner flaking off

Purchased The Echelon S from Life Behind Bars back in 2022 and now the TPU liner is flaking off like crazy, do you think their limited lifetime warranty covers this? Didn't know about this issue with TPU until now, unfortunately. In any case, what's a reliable waterproof, similarly-sized messenger bag that doesn't have this problem? Plus points if it comes in multicam black and has a stabilizing strap lol
