Fury warrior weapons

I'm returning to wow and new to this spark crafting system.

I read that fury warriors need double the sparks than any other class for their weapons unless they use single minded fury to dual wield one handers.

But midnight removed SMF and turned it into a transmog option.

Was anything done to address the spark cost at all or fury just has to pay double?

Also how weapon drops work for fury? Can I get the same weapon twice from loot or no repeats?
