This was always going to be a double edge sword for Mexico.

Discussion

I was watching the news earlier today and the guest they had on mentioned the World Cup. Before that I didn't think about it, but he said that 'supposedly' Mexico/Claudia S. got pressured from the the U.S./Trump Admin. that if nothing was going to be done regarding the cartels and with the W.C. looming then Mexico was going to be at risk of loosing games in Mexico, mainly in Guadalajara.

Well Mexico did something about it, but now the fallout begins. How long is the violence going to last?

The pressure is now on Mexico, and it's going to be interesting to see what happens next.
