Ser Raymond

While I haven’t read the books yet, I think I read elsewhere in the sub that Set Raymond Fossoway does not appear again in the stories of Ser Duncan. Is this true? If so I need a Raymond Fossoway spinoff, he’s such a good character it would be a shame if we never see him again.
