27M4F Bar recommendations

27M4F. I want to have fun this coming weekends.

Any bar recommendations in Davao where there’s a higher chance of meeting someone for a potential hookup (discreet)? Also, are there any unspoken rules I should know in this kind of setup? Thanks!
