First NVG & Helmet - Advice Needed

Let’s start with the knowns and then move into the questions.

NVG: RIX RNV-31S with battery box upgrade to utilize 18650 (2x) batteries

Mount: Wilcox 24

Helmet Options: HHV Gen2 (Ballistic IIIA) or Team Wendy Exfil (Bump helmet only)

Headset: 3M Peltor ComTac - do I need to order a specific version to be compatible with the ARC mounts? I will be adding comms to this setup eventually.

Accessories Desired:

TNVC Mohawk (or similar): Need a way to mount counter weights and a battery pack for the NVG listed. Recommendations would be welcome if you have any specific to this setup?

IR beacon: Recommendations on something that will either attach directly or to the mowhawk or equivalent?

Small red helmet light: Recommendations for something that mounts as directly as possible?

Cable management: No idea so far, provide me your best recommendations to manage all these cables (battery pack, headset, comms cable)

Thank you for any help. I have been in the market for some time and am finally in a place to make some decisions but I want to make sure everything works as desired the first time around.
