To apply for Graduate school, particularly OT or PT do I have to attend convocation before June 30?

i have applied for OT but it says candidates with acceptances must provide final transcripts with degree conferral details by June 30th. The only way I can provide them with final transcripts with degree conferral stated is if I have applied for June convocation. However, I can only do that if I applied for convocation in June as that detail will be reflected on the transcript by the end of May, but I will be taking a few course the runs mid June so I cannot convocate by June 30th. though I will most likely have my degree requirements fulfilled by then.
