Best area to buy a house in Rosemead? Worst area in Temple City?

Pretty much as the title says. I’m looking to buy a house in the Rosemead / Temple City area. School is important to me as I have 2 little ones, but also want to provide a good lifestyle.

What are the best areas to buy in Rosemead?

Alternatively, what are the “worst” ones in Temple City? Works you rather live in a nice part of Rosemead or a meh part of TC?

Are demographics similar in both cities?
