Tax refund

Got a $2,558 refund.

Gambled & have $1700 left. I feel so dumb. I want to gamble it & win my money back bc at this point 1700 isnt shit. I pulled it out of the bank since i was online gambling and stopped . Im so mad at myself . I keep saying im going to stop & i just dont.

How does one truly stop?! This is so disturbing at this point i feel hopeless 😔
