If you could go back, would you still choose residency?
To our consultants who went the traditional path into residency — do you ever regret it? Why or why not?
I’m especially interested in hearing from those who chose the residency route instead of going straight into private practice or other non-traditional paths.
1.Do you ever regret committing those extra years?
2.Was it worth the time, stress, and financial trade-offs?
3.What made it worthwhile (or not)?
4.Would you choose the same path again if you had the chance?
Honest reflections — both positive and negative — would be really appreciated.
