Feels like I've been scammed, what do I do now??

I had asked for Refund of GLIM C's fees on Thursday and raised a query telling them to mail me once the refund is initiated, to which they replied noted.But since then, I am yet to recieve any formal communication or confirmation from their side, I've tried calling them numerous times today and also raised another query 3 days ago, but no one is responding from their side? These people are in such a rush when collecting the fee, hardly giving 3 days and now when I need that money back, they are not even picking my calls!!
