Did they remove the friendship letter tables?

Hi! I am just here to ask if they removed the table to write friendship letters or not. I can't find it anywhere. The table it was at was replaced with the Lunar New Year decorations.

Did they move the friendship letters station somewhere else on the map or it's completely gone?
